About:

Kyle Kaplan studies under the guidance of Dominic Steavu, and focuses on medieval Chinese Buddhism, contemplative practice, and sense experience. He earned his Master of Divinity at Harvard Divinity School in 2020 and had previously worked as a clinical interfaith Buddhist chaplain at Massachusetts General Hospital, as well as the Buddhist spiritual advisor at Northeastern University. Prior to pursuing Buddhist studies, he studied music technology at McGill University and Dartmouth College, and had spent four years working and studying in Taipei, Taiwan. In his free time, he enjoys composing electronic music as well as teaching and practicing yoga.
